How far in advance should I place my order?

Custom orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance, and early booking is highly recommended since availability is not guaranteed. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our schedule — feel free to reach out.

How do I place an order?

You can shop directly through our Treats menu, submit a custom inquiry through our contact form, email us at [email protected], or call or text us at 214-607-2966.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Final payment is due two weeks before your event, and no changes to size, style or flavor can be made after that point.

Can I change my order after booking?

All changes — including size, flavor or design — must be made no later than 14 days before your scheduled event. Changes after this period are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Pickup is in Grand Prairie, Texas, with details confirmed at checkout. Delivery is available on select orders based on item type and availability; delivery fees vary by distance.

Do your treats contain allergens?

Our treats may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, soy, nuts and other allergens. By ordering, you agree to inform your guests of these risks.

What is your refund policy?

If you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item and we'll work toward a fair solution. We do not offer refunds for custom design preferences not communicated clearly, or for last-minute cancellations.
